About Our School

Cottonwood HS graphicWe believe that every student has the right to a quality education, and that education is a springboard to becoming a successful and productive community member. We strive to provide a safe environment for learning and a rigorous classroom curriculum that prepares our students for transition into college or the workforce. 

 

 

 

Cottonwood High School is a rural public Alabama School situated on the edge of Houston County. We are a Title 1 school as designated by the federal government and instruct approximately 400 High School students in grades 7-12. School Hours are 7:45 a.m.—3:00 p.m. Our Faculty & Staff consisits of 24 certified teachers who are all classified as Highly Qualified.
